When an order is placed from your Yoohoo listing, the Yoohoo smartphone app, your own website, or Facebook page, you get it instantly delivered to your phone or tablet.

Pick Up Or Delivery

You control how your online orders are handled.  Offer delivery? Great. Designate precisely with one or multiple zones and separate fees or offer free delivery. You can also specify the minimum order amount for delivery.

Pick up only? Sure. Turn off all other options and you’re ready to roll. Prefer customers to pay at pick up? That is an option as well.  Many people are opting to go as contactless as possible.

Curbside Pick Up

You When a customer arrives at your location, geofence technology triggers an alert and delivers your welcome content.  The customer simply clicks the Curbside Check-In button that is encoded with a personlized message.

This will open the text messaging app on their phone and they can add any additional information before sending the message.  A member of your staff brings the completed and prepaid order out to the customer.

Accept or reject an order.

Can’t complete the order or out of a specific menu item? Simply reject the order. In real-time the customer sees that there was a problem with the order and is presented with several possibilities along with your contact information.

Simply contact the customer to follow up and see if the order can be completed another way.

Take orders for later & after hours

Letting your customers order for later is a great way to adapt to their schedule.  For example a customer may on their morning commute already thinking about lunch. They can place the order now and specify the 12:30PM pick up time.

Ordering after hours works similarly letting customers place orders out side your business hours.  Once you open for the day your orders are available to you to either confirm or reject.

Table Top Ordering Service

Table ordering is a great way to optimize your staff hours and free up the team to focus on other things. Guests can browse the menu, place an order, and pay right from their table. 

Customers simply scan a specially programmed QR code or tap the NFC chip with their phone.  They make their selections and can either pay online or with a staff member just like if they  were ordering from their couch at home. You can disable the order taking module and simply link to your menu for guests to view.

The Real-Time Food Ordering service is part of the Yoohoo Venue packages. These packages include full featured listings, online food ordering, online reservations, mobile coupons, punch cards, walk-in mobile content, in-app notifications and much more. 
Walk-In Alerts allows automatic delivery of content and more to Yoohoo mobile app users when they are in close proximity of your business location.
This fee can be passed to customer as your service at checkout/booking if desired.  Change plan anytime.
*For online food orders, merchant account fees (typically 2.9% +.30) are not included and paid separately to your service provider.  You will need a free Stripe or PayPal or Authorize.net account to utilize online payments. 

TERMS: Subscribing to either the Loyalty & Rewards Plan or Food & Reservations Plan you are agreeing to keep a running balance of $100.  When you subscribe today, you will be charged $100 and your Yoohoo Account balance will reflect YP 100.00.  You WILL NOT pay $100 per month, you will pay any base fee plus any usage fees.

Food & Reservation & Loyalty Service: Each month the system will deduct $25 for the monthly service fee plus any transactions that occurred that month from your balance.  The system will auto-replenish your account to bring your account back to $100.00.  For example, your opening balance is $100.00 you had 20 food orders @ $1.50 (-$30) and 5 reservations @ 1.50 each (-$7.50). The total deductions for the month would be -$62.50 ( -$25 monthly fee & -$30 food orders & -$7.50 bookings) Your balance would be $37.50 and the system would charge your account $62.50 bringing your account back to $100.  If you had no food sales or reservations for the month, you would simply be charged the $25 monthly fee to bring the balance back to $100.

Loyalty & Rewards Service Only: Each month the system will deduct $15 for the monthly service fee plus any transactions that occurred that month from your balance.  The system will auto-replenish your account to bring your account back to $100.00.  For example, your opening balance is $100.00 and you had 5 redeemed stamp card rewards @ 1.50 each (-$7.50) and 10 mobile coupons redeemed @ 1.50 each (-$11.50). The total deductions for the month would be -$34.00 ( -$15 monthly fee & -$7.50 stamp card awards & -$11.50 coupons redeemed) Your balance would be $66.00 and the system would charge your account $34.00 bringing your account back to $100.  If you had no stamp cards redeemed or mobile coupons for the month, you would simply be charged the $15 monthly fee to bring the balance back to $100.

Monthly Credits: You will have the opportunity to earn monthly credits simply by accepting Yoohoo Points as a discounted form of payment from customers.  Points accepted as payment will be added to your Yoohoo Points balance.  If enough points are collected as customer payments, the entire monthly service plan fee could be offset costing you nothing for that month. The 1.5% transaction fee is currently being waived for a limited time.  Members can also donate Yoohoo Points at anytime to their favorite local restaurants, shops and charities.
